  • Do we follow efficient and documented operating processes?

  • Are our customer, personnel and vendor contracts and agreements legally sound?
    Is our customer base diversified?

  • Do we have a strategic plan that outlines how we plan to achieve our growth goals?

  • Do we have financial controls and reporting that supports management decisions, including a budget, forecast and cash flow forecast?
